Boris Vian is known for his cult novel: “l’Écume des jours”, for his dark thriller written under a pseudonym, the sulphurous “I will go spit on your graves” or for his committed song “le déserteur”, but the author will have had 1000 lives and as many talents: engineer, musician, poet, playwright, translator… Creator of genius, all disciplines combined, inventor of portmanteau words, he liked, through humor and the absurd, to make fun of codes and conventions… He leaves an abundant body of work that more than 60 years after his death, academics have not finished deciphering.
