Björn Borg and Boris Becker have become good friends after their careers.
But the German has certain views about how the Swedish icon lives his life today…
Björn Borg is one of the greats of Swedish sports, and he is still classed as one of the most beloved people we have ever had. He won an incredible 97 singles titles during his career, eleven of which were Grand Slams, and then it is important to remember that the career only lasted until Borg was 26 years old.

Björn Borg’s huge icon status in tennis has not changed since then. Many post-Borg icons have said he was their great idol, and when Borg attends tennis events today, he is rarely left alone. Recently, Björn Borg and his wife Patricia Borg moved to a new dream home in Ibiza, Spain, which led to headlines in the media.
One person who noticed Borg’s new luxury existence is Boris Becker. The German was also world number one and extremely successful during his career, but he and Borg never had time to play at the same time, and meet each other on the court. But today, the two icons are good friends, and Becker has been invited home to Borg’s new villa on the Mediterranean coast.

But at a press conference before the Olympics, where Becker will be an expert commentator for Max, Becker told that he had to decline the invitation – while taking the opportunity to send a dick to his old friend.
– He is staying in Ibiza now and enjoying life. He has invited me down to his new place, but I have said: Björn, one of us has to work, he tells Expressen.
Joking aside, Becker, according to his own statement, is proud to be friends with the Swedish icon.
– Björn was my idol when I was growing up. The reason I picked up a rack and started playing was because I loved him so much and he won Wimbledon. I am very happy to call him my friend. He’s a super cool guy, says Becker.
