(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Borgosesiaa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the sector of investments in non-performing and alternative assets in general, concluded thepurchase of a shopping mall (with an area of approximately 5,300 m2) located on the State of the Youthsin the municipality of Vertemate con Minoprio (CO), leased to a plurality of tenants against a basic annual rent of 0.4 million plus contractual indexation.
The special opportunities – which is perfected through the purchase of a driving company vehicle of the center on the basis of a finance lease and to which, in this context, a worth 5 million euros – allows the group to close the first half of the year with new investments up 28% compared to the previous year and equal, in absolute value, to 22.5 million.
