In her acting career, Halle Berry also once became a Bond girl. She starred alongside Pierce Brosnan in the role of Jinx in James Bond 007 Die Another Day. At the time, there was a scene on the set in which the character represented the 007 agent seduce with a fruit should. The moment went horribly wrong though, and Brosnan even had to save the actress’ life, as she revealed herself.

Speaking to late-night host Jimmy Fallon, according to Page Six, Berry revealed that her Die Another Day character apparently wanted to wrap the spy around her finger with a particularly lasciviously eaten fig.
However, that backfired and the star choked on the fruit so badly that Brosnan had to save her life:
I should be all sexy and try to seduce him with a fig. At the end I almost choked on it and he had to get up and do the secret. That wasn’t so sexy. James Bond knows how to do the Heimlich! He was there for me, he will always be one of my favorite people in the whole world.
With the Heimlich is the so-called Heimlich maneuver meant. In this life-saving measure, pressure is exerted on the abdominal cavity from behind with both arms in order to expel any foreign bodies that are stuck in the trachea.
What’s Next for James Bond After Daniel Craig Graduation?
The Bond franchise continues even after Craig’s demise. A younger star around 30 is being sought for the next film. There is no official casting info yet, but current favorites include Kick-Ass star Aaron Taylor-Johnson. However, you should not expect the new Bond start to hit cinemas before 2026.
