Two bombings have occurred in Stockholm last night.

Both addresses are home to young men linked to the Foxtrot conflict, according to reports.

Seven outsiders have been injured.

Within the space of just a few hours, two explosions occurred at two apartment buildings in Stockholm.

The first bombing took place already at 20.29 on Monday. Then something had exploded in a stairwell to an apartment building in Fagersjö in southern Stockholm.

The explosion was powerful and an outer door and several windows were destroyed. Five people also received minor injuries.

According to information, the police suspected early on that the act was aimed at a young man with connections to Foxtrot. However, the man has been in custody for some time now on suspicion of crimes connected to the gang conflict.

The explosion, however, affected a large number of outsiders.

Details: Gangman target

Just a few hours later, at 03:49, the next explosion took place. The explosion was heard over large parts of Lidingö and took place near an apartment building in the Larsberg area.

This time, two people were slightly injured.

In this case too, the police suspect that the act is aimed at a person with connections to Foxtrot. The man has previously been detained on suspicion of a shooting in Jordbro during the autumn’s wave of violence.

This blast also affected a large number of people who have nothing to do with the network environment.

Per Fahlström, spokesperson for the Stockholm Police, says that they are investigating whether there is any connection between the events.

– We are looking very closely at whether there is any connection between these two detonations. But they are too early to comment on that, he said earlier today.

Details: Several arrested

The police have searched intensively for the suspected perpetrators. During the night, a person was arrested on suspicion of the explosion in Fagersjö. According to Aftonbladet’s information, the suspect is a boy. He was arrested during the morning.

The police have also arrested two people after the explosion on Lidingö, according to information. Shortly after the crime occurred, the police allegedly stopped a taxi where two people could be arrested. Both people are said to be in their 40s, according to sources.

The police do not want to comment on the information at this time.

– We do not communicate whether there are arrests or not in that matter yet, says Anna Ståhlhuvud, press spokesperson for the Stockholm Police.

During the day, the police will be on site in both areas to work to create security. Anna Stålfuvud also says that the police are looking at connections between the events and the gang environment.

– It’s nothing that I will be able to communicate, but that is obviously being looked into, she says.
