Now the Indonesian woman is sentenced to two years in prison for blasphemy.

It was when Lina Lutfiawati, who herself is a devout Muslim, was on vacation in Bali that she posted the clip, writes CNN.
Now she has been convicted of “spreading information aimed at inciting hatred against religious individuals and specific groups”.
In addition to her prison sentence, the court fined the 33-year-old $16,245, which is seen as a small fortune in a country where annual per capita wages are around $4,300.
Religious conservatism is on the rise
Indonesia is the world’s largest Muslim nation where 231 million people, or 93 percent of its adult population, identify as Muslim. CNN writes that religious conservatism has increased in the country in recent years.
The 33-year-old has over two million followers on social media and is known for her lifestyle and food posts that show her trying different dishes. In the video, she eats babi guling, a popular street food with rice, pork and vegetables.
– She hasn’t done anything wrong, but that says a lot about the state of affairs in Indonesia. How a self-proclaimed moderate Muslim country is becoming a radicalized Muslim nation, Andreas Harsono, researcher at Human Rights Watch, told CNN.
Pork is not allowed to be eaten in Islam because according to the Koran it is “unclean”.
