(Finance) – The company Bologna airport it closed the first half of the year with strong growth in results, thanks to the good performance of air traffic. The period closes with a profit of 6.8 million eurosup compared to the €4.2 million of 2022 (net of the Compensation Fund) but down compared to the €9.4 million of the first half of 2019 (-27.7%).
THE revenues consolidated revenues amounted to 66.9 million euros (-0.7% compared to 2022 and +13.7% compared to 2019), while adjusted revenues amounted to 53.8 million euros, 28% growth compared to 2022 and 4% compared to 2019. Passenger traffic is in full recovery compared to 2019 values (+3.1%) and up by 24.7% compared to the first six months of 2022, while cargo traffic slightly down on 2022 (-1.8%) but up 4.1% on 2019.
EBITDA, equal to 18.7 million euros compared to 33.4 million in 2022, is strongly influenced by the Covid non-life contribution. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to €18.1 million euros against 12.1 million in 2022 (+50%) and 20.2 million in 2019 (-10.3%).
