(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Guglielmo Marconi Airport in Bolognaa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan which manages the Bologna airport, has communicated that its site has been hit by a new hacker cyberattack, which is slowing down and partially blocking the browsing of web pages. The same problem was communicated on March 22nd.
“There is no impact on flight operations and on airport services – reads a note – The hacker attack, in fact, did not affect the company’s internal operating systems, which function regularly”. The partial unavailability of the contents disseminated by the website, in particular on the status of real time on a day of national air transport strike, however, is making it more difficult for passengers to access information.
The company has announced that its technicians, with the support of external consultants, are working to restore the complete operation of the site.
From a first claim, the attack would have started from the hacker group NoName057, as for the previous one. This type of action (DDoS attack) seems similar to the previous ones, carried out against entities and companies related to aviation, infrastructure or against organizations supporting Ukraine.
