“I was able to perform my number of steps between the hurdles exactly as planned,” said Bol. “There are certainly areas for improvement, but that is always the case in the first race of the season. My first two hurdles could have been better. I was too slow there and I didn’t do well over the hurdles. Compared to last season, the seventh hurdle was Much better. We worked hard on that, just like on running over the hurdles with my weaker leg. But it is my best season opener, so I can’t complain too much.”
