Bojan Djordjic hits back with a hard-hitting answer – after Janne Andersson’s new slip: “Magstrong”

Bojan Djordjic was strongly critical after Sweden’s loss.
Then Janne Andersson responded with another giggle.
– It was gutsy on his part, says Bojan with a harsh answer.

The score was 0-0 and there was a quarter of an hour left to play in the European Championship qualifier between Sweden and Austria in Vienna. A perfect result for Sweden, but then the national team captain chose Jan Andersson to throw around in the team.

Bojan’s criticism

The Swedish key players and the offensive threats Emil Forsberg and Alexander Isak had to leave the field and was replaced by Jesper Karlsson and Viktor Gyökeres. Austria then scored two goals in the last quarter and won the match 2-0.

A nightmare result for Blågult and after the match the TV expert was Bojan Djordjic strongly critical of Janne’s tactical choice at the end of the match.
– Sorry, but sometimes it has to be enough. Isak is a leg better than the rest we have, said Bojan in the Viaplay broadcast.

Janne’s glint

When the national team captain then visited the television studio after the final whistle, Djordjic continued his criticism. Then Janne responded with another cheeky sneer, which immediately brought back the duo’s much talked about brawl after the match against Azerbaijan.
– I spoke to Isak and he looked very tired. I have Viktor Gyökeres on the field and Dejan Kulusevski looks much fitter. That’s why I’m making the switch. At the same time, I’m replacing your favorite, Jesper Karlsson, Andersson said in the broadcast.

Bojan Djordjic chose not to take it a step further and bit his tongue. But when Janne Andersson left the studio, Bojan developed his criticism further.
– It was a bit strong on his part anyway. You can play with your best offensive players and find a formation, you can do that. You don’t have to pit Emil Forsberg and Jesper Karlsson against each other. But this player material is in need of something else, answers the TV expert after Janne’s words in the TV broadcast.

After another loss, Bojan thinks it’s time to change the national team captain now and that Janne has done his part.
– I think the players need a new voice. I know that sounds harsh and I would be overjoyed if I could chew my words. This player material does not fit into Janne’s philosophy, says the TV expert in Viaplay.
