The national census was already announced in the Tidö Agreement and will be the first since 1990, but exactly how it will be done is not clear. In practical terms, this involves, among other things, checks in what are deemed to be “risk areas” and identity checks, and it is up to the Tax Agency to assess which areas are risk areas for census fraud.
