Instructions for Blueberry Pie in Glass:
Prepare the blueberry filling by mixing the blueberries, sugar and potato flour in a bowl. Let the blueberry mix stand for a few minutes, so that the sugar and potato flour help bring out the blueberry flavor and create a slightly thicker consistency.
Melt the butter for the crumble in a saucepan over low heat. Add sugar, wheat flour, oatmeal and vanilla sugar to the saucepan and stir until it becomes a crumbly mixture.
Spread the crumble mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the crumble in the oven at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove the crumble from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Divide the blueberry filling evenly between four serving glasses. Use about 125 g of blueberry filling per glass.
Top each glass with the baked and crispy crumble mixture, about 75g per glass. Do not press the crumble into the blueberry filling, but leave it loose on top to retain its crunch.
Serve the blueberry pie in the glass, preferably with vanilla ice cream.
