The actress expressed her gratitude to the fans of Blue Bloods in an Instagram post and said how much she missed working with her acting colleague Wahlberg. In an interview with Deadline, however, Amy Carlson is harsh on the Staging her serial death to court:
I feel bad that she died the way she did. I didn’t know they were going to do that, I was surprised. I would never have done that.
She also knows exactly what she would have done differently:
I would have shown death. I think it would have been good for the fans to see her death, to be part of it.
