Blue Air postpones resumption of flights to 10 October

(Finance) – Blue Air he decided to postpone the resumption of flights with Romania to 10 Octobersuspended since last September 6 after the blocking of bank accounts for a charge of 5.9 million dollars by a state environmental fund.

The reason for the postponement would be attributed to lack of sufficient funds to cover the costs reactivation. The airline noted that the low level of ticket sales does not allow to guarantee the purchase of fuel and meet operating expenses.

Blue Air has made it known that, at the time of suspending flights, it was in contact with two investors with which the negotiations were interrupted.
