Brianna Workman, 32, who pushed a 3-year-old boy who was waiting for a train with his mother in Portland, Oregon on December 28, from the platform to the train tracks, was detained on 5 different charges by the decision of the prosecutor’s office.
DETENTION UNTIL COURT DAY WITHOUT BONUS
In a statement made on 29 December, the prosecutor’s office published the security camera footage of the incident and stated that Workman suddenly pushed the 3-year-old boy from the platform to the rails without any provocation, and the child fell facedown on the rails and was injured.
