In Diablo 4 there are side quests whose solution is not always obvious. However, they are often useful, especially if you need a few more points to complete your region progress. Otherwise you will miss out on important bonuses.

Where can I find the quest? You can find the quest in the dry steppe east of Jirandai in the “Qara-Yisu” area. In the south of the area there is a bloodstained letter on the ground. As soon as you click on it, the quest starts.

In order to enter the area, you must first capture the Qara-Yisu base. After you have conquered the base, you will receive access to the dungeons and a waypoint.

How do I solve the “Blood and Sweat” quest? As soon as you interact with the letter, you will be given the task of looking for little Tuya. For this purpose, an area in Qara-Yisu is circled in blue. In the area you will find a stone that you can interact with. It drops gold and a “Simple Doll.”

If you pick up the quest item, you will be given the goal of bringing the doll to Tuya. To do this you have to travel to the PvP area of ​​Alzuuda in the west of the map. Alzuuda is one of two PvP zones in Diablo 4, also called “Fields of Hate”. Don’t worry, the quest takes you close to the waypoint, so you don’t have to fight other players.

As soon as you give Tuya the doll, you will learn the background of the item and thus complete the quest. As a reward you will receive some XP, some materials and an item of equipment.
