A group of about twenty demonstrating farmers entered into a conversation with Utrecht mayor Sharon Dijksma. They told the mayor, among other things, that they are considering the following actions. “You’re going to hear more from us,” it sounded. Dijksma then emphasized that the farmers’ actions should be about the content, and not about the consequences of the actions. “Make sure it’s fun, and not grim,” said the mayor in the conversation.
