US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in the Ukrainian capital Kiev on a surprise visit.
There he will announce “billions of dollars” in aid to Ukraine, according to an official at the US State Department, according to AFP.
The visit comes just hours after robot attacks targeting the Ukrainian capital were reportedly foiled.
