Severe forest fires have flared up again in France. The authorities suspect arson and Sweden and Italy are sending aircraft to support the firefighting.
The most extensive forest fire broke out late today outside Bordeaux in southwestern France. 6,000 people were forced to leave their homes and a major highway was closed due to the fires.
