(Finance) – Reaches its eighth edition Altagamma Young Business Award – Believing in the Future born in 2015 to identify emerging Italian luxury companies and in particular to enhance the entrepreneurial drive of those who have built a young business and have the characteristics to become an excellent Made in Italy brand in the future. From intelligent lamps for psycho-physical well-being to the luxury hotel in the heart of the Alps at 1,800 meters; from the excellence of Calabrian yachts to green building materials obtained from rice processing waste to new talents in fashion, jewelery and food. The 7 categories of the Young Business Award they reflect the transversality of Italian high-end products and the winners represent the potential future champions of the Foundation.
In this latest edition, for fashion, the Blazé Milano brand triumphed, designed by Corrada Rodriguez D’Acri, Delfina Pinardi and Sole Torlonia.

“There are as many as 55 companies that in eight years the Young Business Award has involved and supported, thanks to our Partners, with mentorship, communication, strategic and managerial consultancy services. Of these, approximately 50% are female businesses with co-founders or female CEOs,” she comments Stefania Lazzaroni, General Director of Altagamma. “Altagamma continues its path of supporting the future protagonists of the Italian high-end sector by creating, where possible, a dialogue between these companies and the more established Altagamma members. Today our sector is grappling with new logics and complex global challenges, which must be faced with the appropriate tools”.

The winning companies they join Altagamma for a year and at the same time they will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive moments of training, networking, business strategy and consultancy thanks to Altagamma and the Partners of the Award – Borsa Italiana, ELITE-Gruppo Euronext and SDA Bocconi School of Management – to support them in their growth. Altagamma also intends to create, where possible, a Mentor-Protégé relationship between Member brands and Young Enterprises in the name of a dialogue that benefits both.
