Black Myth: Wukong New Trailer and Release Dates
The team stated that the game will be released as planned and that they are actively working on the final stages of testing, testing, and distributing the game. Additionally, Game Science revealed that a new trailer will be released on August 8, 2024. The anticipated trailer will be released at 10am Beijing time or 10pm Eastern time.
Black Myth: Wukong pre-orders are currently available on PlayStation 5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. However, despite the game going gold, the Xbox version still doesn’t have a concrete release date. Game Science first reported the Xbox delay in June 2024. According to the pre-order FAQ page, the developers are still “optimizing the Xbox Series X|S version to meet our quality standards.”
Xbox Version Delayed
“We apologize for the delay and aim to minimize the wait for Xbox users,” Game Science wrote. The developers carefully noted that they will “announce a release date as soon as it meets our quality standards.” Microsoft, for its part, only released a vague statement hinting at the possible reason for Black Myth: Wukong’s Xbox delay.
Black Myth: Wukong will be released on PC and PlayStation 5 on August 20, 2024.
