Since Eyes Bigger than the World, his first solo album in 2014, Black M, former member of the famous Sexion d’Assaut, has come a long way. He returns with a fifth album The Black Legend with numerous duos like the singer Amir, or even the internationally renowned artist Sibiki Diabaté and the revelation Couli B. An album which has a sense of sharing and which celebrates life.
Black M is a rapper and singer, he is a singer-songwriter. He’s a bit like the gangster of rhymes: Black Mesrimes, better known by his nickname, Black M. 20 years ago, he was one of the founding members and one of the leading figures, a rap group that would resoundingly revolutionize French urban music.
Today, he has grown up, taken power, and he continues to write in black ink solar hits with varied sounds, rap of course, but often tinged with pop, funk or reggae, for the most part happiness of his fan base. His new album is called The black legend and it has just been released by TF1 Music.
