(Finance) – For the next one Black Friday Italians budgeted to spend on average 273 euros, they will make fewer purchases than last year (particularly for fashion, beauty and accessories), but will focus on higher value goods.
According to a study by Scalapay, Italians will spend on average 12% less than the French (309 euros), 14% more than the Spanish (238 euros) and increasingly through buy now pay later, +55% in the two weeks involving Black Friday. Consumers in our country show a preference for gyou buy them in the afternoon and evening, capproximately half after 3pm, and already from 2022 more and more Italians will take advantage of the Cyber Monday promotions: +10% of orders compared to the average on Saturday and Sunday with peak orders of 30% on the total of the “black weekend” for different categories such as electronics, health and wellness and beauty.
The predictions for Black Friday 2024 also highlight a change in purchasing behavior in Italy, where rationality and planning become increasingly central.
