Björn Melin will be the new physical manager for the men’s and junior team for next season.
– It’s great to be back in HV71 and I’m very much looking forward to the task. My goal is for HV71 to be the best trained team in the SHL and to get there it requires hard work and a clear picture of requirements and I will contribute with that, says Björn Melin in a press release.
NHL and KHL
He has a long background as a player in the NHL, KHL and SHL. After his active career, Melin ran his own business as a personal trainer for ten years, where he was, among other things, responsible for the summer training for several NHL players.
Björn Melin begins his employment in HV71 after the season is over and the contract is written for the next three seasons.
