(Finance) – Bioeraa company listed on Euonext Milan and active in the production and distribution of organic and natural products, has announced that Domenico Torchia has communicated its decisions with immediate effect irrevocable resignation from the position of director due to personal reasons which would not allow him to continue with the delicate task entrusted to him.
Torchia, advisor non-executive and qualified as independentheld the role of Lead Independent Director and was a member of the Related Party Transactions Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
Torchia had last been appointed byshareholders’ meeting of 29 March 2022 on the basis of the single list of candidates presented by the shareholder Biofood Italia Srl for the election of the directors for the three-year period 2021-2023.
