On Aug. 18, the OPP-led biker enforcement unit searched a home on Zone Road 7 in Bothwell, with assistance from the OPP tactics and rescue unit, OPP emergency response team, Chatham-Kent OPP members and the Chatham-Kent Police Service.

Two suspects were arrested and officers seized five rifles, about 3,000 rounds of ammunition and a motorcycle.

A 60-year-old man and 52-year-old woman, both from Bothwell, are charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession of restricted weapons and breach of firearms regulations related to firearms storage.

The two were released from custody with a short date.
