The New York Rangers entered the NHL playoffs as one of the title favorites.
But last night the nightmare came true in match 7.

Going forward, the Devils also managed to score four goals, and for the first time since 2012, the New Jersey team won a playoff series, and the Rangers’ big effort thus ended in an exit already in the first playoff round.

Mika Zibanejad was very disappointed after the match, and saw his team’s effort.
– We created a few chances at the beginning, and tried to get dividends. But I don’t think we played as well as we did in game six. The Devils did better and we had nothing to answer with, he says.
