Big star Mika Zibanejad’s clear message about the World Cup – the star’s response after the nightmare for Rangers last night

The New York Rangers entered the NHL playoffs as one of the title favorites.
But last night the nightmare came true in match 7.
Now the big star Mika Zibanejad announces about WC games with Tre Kronor.

The New York Rangers made a real effort and the armor was serious. The organization was after the Stanley Cup, and during the season they brought in superstars like Patrick Kane and Vladimir Tarasenko. Before the playoffs, they were counted as one of the major title candidates.

Big fiasco

The playoffs also started in the best possible way with two straight wins against the New Jersey Devils, but then came the slump. The Rangers lost three straight games, but with a knife to the throat managed to pull off a decisive game 7. But then the Rangers were unrecognizable at all.

New Jersey Devils rookie goaltender Akira Schmid once again put in an incredible effort, and the 22-year-old left the ice with 31 shots and zero goals conceded. Going forward, the Devils also managed to score four goals, and for the first time since 2012, the New Jersey team won a playoff series, and the Rangers’ big effort thus ended in an exit already in the first playoff round.

The announcement about the WC

Mika Zibanejad was very disappointed after the match, and saw his team’s effort.

– We created a few chances at the beginning, and tried to get dividends. But I don’t think we played as well as we did in game six. The Devils did better and we had nothing to answer with, he says.

Rangers’ early exit could enable World Cup play for Mika Zibanejad. Should the Swede join, he would be one of the tournament’s biggest stars, but unfortunately for the sake of Sam Hallam and Tre Kronor, you can stop dreaming. Mika Zibanejad and wife Irma Helin Zibanejad, football expert at Discovery, will soon become parents for the first time, which means that it is not time for Mika to go away and play.
