Many Utrecht residents have admired the renovated Dom Tower since the scaffolding was gradually completed. But that does not mean that the municipality will simply ignore the completion of the restoration. Tonight, just before 6:30 PM, the bells of the Dom Tower will sound through the city, kicking off the festivities.
