Now the whole season can be over for the Swedish ski cross rider.
The skicross star Sandra Näslund injured his knee in Saturday’s World Cup competition. Now she is forced to have surgery.
– We have to hope that the operation goes well. That we get rid of the knee, says the ski cross national team manager Lars Melin to TT.
Also last season, Näslund was pulled with a knee injury.
– It will be nice to get it sorted, says Melin.

The surgery will take place next week. The national team manager does not yet dare to say when the ski cross star is back.
– They will return with rehab time, we’ll see.
Now the whole season can be over for Sandra Näslund.
– It is quite likely that there will be no more skiing this season, says Näslund himself to SVT.
