Today, Britain gets its third Prime Minister in just a couple of months after former Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak was elected Conservative Party leader. Now big challenges await the country’s new prime minister.
– What you expect is that he will very quickly stabilize the UK’s economy, says TV4 Nyhetern’s foreign correspondent Ritva Rönnberg on location in London.

After an audience with King Charles III on Tuesday morning, he formally takes up his new post and can move into 10 Downing Street.
