(Finance) – Astrea (Bidco or the bidder) announces that it has taken on today the decision to promote anPublic purchase offer volunteer (opa) concerning the totality of the ordinary actions of Bifirea company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and activates in the production of fire protection materials and thermal insulation in the construction and industry sectors.
The offer will concern 2,291,500 shares, equal to 13.13% of the Bifire capital.
The consideration was set at 2.8 euros (cum dividendo) For each action brought to adhere to the offer, for a maximum value of 6.42 million euros. The price incorporates a prize of 15.4% compared to the official Bifire price of 12 March 2025 (2.425 euros).
Opa aims for the delisting of the company from Piazza Affari.
