(Finance) – SGR and institutional investors they have filed minority lists of only independent candidates for the renewal of the board of directors and the board of statutory auditors of Biessea multinational listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in technology for the processing of wood, glass, stone, metal and composite materials, expected in the next ordinary meeting.
The managers who presented the lists are holders of over 3.8% of ordinary shares of society. The lists were composed with the support of Heidrick & Struggles International, an external and independent advisor.
The list presented for board of directors is composed of: Cristina Sgubin, Carlo Ferro.
The list presented for board of auditors is made up of: Acting Auditor Paolo De Mitri, Alternate Auditor Silvia Muzi.
