A bridge collapsed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where US President Joe Biden was visiting to address infrastructure issues. 10 people were injured due to the collapse of the bridge a few hours before Biden’s visit. Pittsburgh Mayor Ed Gainey said at a press conference at the scene that there were no casualties in the accident.

Pittsburgh Fire Chief Darryl Jones stated that 3 of the injured were transferred to the hospital and the injuries were not life-threatening. Jones stated that at the time of the collapse, a total of 4 vehicles, 1 of which was a bus, were on the bridge.
