US President Joe Biden attended the event held at the White House within the framework of the “Juneteenth National Independence Day” celebrations.

Biden “froze” for more than a minute while the participants were dancing to the band at the event held before the national holiday to be celebrated on June 19.
In the footage, George Floyd’s brother, Philonise Floyd, was seen dancing next to Biden and, realizing that Biden was standing motionless, put his arm around his shoulder.
