US Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden says that he is not going to give up the presidential race. Many Democrats have hoped that he would withdraw from the candidacy due to his declining health.
– I say this as clearly and directly as possible: I am a candidate, and no one is pushing me away, he said in a telephone conversation with his staff.
Last Thursday, Biden had a TV debate with his opponent, Donald Trump. The viewers thought that the 81-year-old Biden was weak and could lose his chance of winning the election with his scheming.
