Biden pardoned two turkeys
President Biden on Monday pardoned the two turkeys Peach and Blossom, an annual tradition before the celebration of Thanksgiving, writes CNN.
– Based on their temperament and that they are productive members of society, I hereby pardon Peach and Blossom, Biden said during the ceremony.
In the United States, Thanksgiving is a major holiday celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November.

A man in his 30s was seriously injured on Monday afternoon in a workplace accident in Piteå municipality, reports Piteå-Tidningen.
Police spokesperson Marie Andersson tells TT that it is a fall accident.
– The information I have is that it is a fall of two to three meters, says Andersson, who has no further knowledge of how the accident occurred.
According to Region Norrbotten, the man is from Piteå and is being cared for in the intensive care unit at Sunderby Hospital.

A car has driven into a pothole in Gothenburg
A car drove into a pothole on Järntorget in Gothenburg this evening.
There is a hole in the site due to road work.
