According to Sullivan, Biden plans to use the rest of his remaining term to get Ukraine in the best possible position. Sullivan also commented on the delay in US arms aid, stating that it is not a matter of reluctance to deliver aid, but of logistical difficulties.

Sullivan also said that the United States is preparing a new significant aid package for Ukraine.

According to the news agency Reuters, Zelenskyi has said that he wants to present to Biden and his possible successor a plan to get Russia to end the war through diplomatic means. According to Sullivan, Biden is looking forward to this conversation with Zelenskyi.
