But other things also happen in the athlete’s life.

During the first weekend in March, it is time for the indoor EC in athletics, where the all-rounder Bianca Salming will be included. For the 24-year-old, the EC in Turkey is the highlight of the year and something she has been training for for a long time.

But despite the great focus on the EC in Istanbul, there are other things going on in the life of Bianca Salming, even though sports are going really well right now.
– I actually made my season debut last Thursday and it was very.. well, what can I say? Surprisingly good, she tells Expressen, referring to the fact that she hit the ball as far as 14.5 meters, which is only 40 centimeters short of her own record.

And even on a slightly more private level, it seems to be going at least as well for Bianca Salming. On her social media, Bianca Salming has posted that she will rent out her apartment in central Stockholm for five months, from March to July.
– I’m going to try living with a partner for a bit this summer, she says.
– I take the opportunity to rent out my apartment, because my boyfriend is coming home this summer. My apartment is a bit too small for two people to live there, so I rent mine out and then we will rent something else together.

“One longs”
Bianca Salming’s boyfriend Tobias Lindberg, 27, is a professional hockey player and has represented Djurgården, Timrå and Södertälje, among others. But since a couple of years ago he has been playing for Czech HC Vítkovice, where he has a contract through the 2022/2023 season. This will be the first time that the couple lives together.
– It feels great. I just feel that you walk around and long. Longing to have an everyday life together. We live apart for the rest of the year, so it will be a lot of fun, says Bianca Salming.
