Recently, the track and field athlete visited Bianca Salming The SVT program “Carina Bergfeldt” to partly talk about the great grief for father Börje Salmings death. But also to open up about the great love in her life.
Bianca’s love
The 24-year-old has previously kept the boyfriend she has been with for just over a year a secret. And who was there for her during the tough time after her father’s passing.

But only now does Bianca dare to come out with his name Tobias Lindberg and announce that he plays hockey, just like her father. That’s exactly why she waited so long to tell me, see the picture below.
– You don’t want to say it out loud, but I have to say it. I’ve heard of the theory that you go after someone who looks like your father or brother. Maybe there is something there that makes it feel safe and good, she says in the TV program.

“The prejudices”
Salming also confesses to the presenter Carina Bergfeldt that she had a lot of prejudices about dating hockey players in particular.
– I don’t want to say it out loud either, but I have had my prejudices against hockey players in particular, that they are a certain way. That they are “douches”. If I were to recommend someone else, I would say not to go for hockey players. But now I’m sitting here, I’ve done it myself and it’s gone very well, she admits in the interview.

The boyfriend Tobias, see the picture below, is currently playing in the Czech league, but has previously played for Swedish teams such as Djurgården, Timrå and Södertälje. As well as a certain Canadian team called the Toronto Maple Leafs, which sounds so incredibly familiar to someone with the surname Salming.

That Bianca Salming has had prejudices about hockey players in particular does not come as a big surprise as she grew up with one of Swedish hockey’s absolute biggest profiles. During her upbringing, she was constantly surrounded by hockey players.
– Then you also know what they can be like, I’ve heard horror stories. I can’t say it’s from dad, but maybe it is, she says in the TV show.
