(Finance) – The Group Bialetti in the 2021 financial year it achieved revenues equal to 147.3 million euros, an increase of 17.4% compared to the 2020 financial year which closed at 125.5 million euros.
Consolidated normalized Ebitda is positive for 16.3 million euros, up by +2.9 million euros compared to the 2020 financial year.
The Net income shows a positive result of 5.8 million (compared with a negative result of 10.5 million in 2020), influenced by the positive effects deriving from the New Restructuring Agreement.
Net financial debt (including the effects of IFRS 9 and IFRS 16) as at 31 December 2021 it was equal to Euro 105.2 million, a decrease compared to 31 December 2020, which closed at 115.8 million; this reduction was largely influenced by the New Restructuring Agreement.
