BFF Bank loses the qualification of PMI

PMI in 2021 revenue jump but war slows recovery

(Tiper Stock Exchange) – BFF Banka company active in specialized finance and listed on Euronext Milan, communicated that starting from 1 January 2023 it lost the qualification of Small Medium Enterprise (SME), since after two years from the date of entry into force of the law n. 120/2020, which converted the DL n. 76/2020, which identifies a turnover not exceeding 300 million euros as the maximum limit within which issuers can be qualified as SMEs.

The company specifies that it was classified as an SME on the sole basis of the criterion of consolidated turnoveras the criterion connected to the value of market capitalization average was already above the regulatory threshold of €500 million.

BFF reminds that the loss of SME qualification by BFF entails the application of another relevant threshold for the purposes of the disclosure obligations of significant holdings, equal to 3% of the capital.
