(Finance) – JP Morgan Asset Management has one participation equal to 3.027% in the share capital of BFF Banka company active in specialized finance and listed on Euronext Milan.
This is what emerges from the communications of the CONSOB relating to significant shareholdings, where it is reported that the operation dates back to 28 September 2023 and that the share is held as “indirect non-discretionary management of savings“.
Of the 3.027%, 0.159% is held by JP Morgan Asset Management Inc, while 2.868% is held by JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited.
