(Finance) – BFC Mediadigital and media company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, announced that a amending agreement the framework agreement between IDI Srl, JD Farrods Group Luxembourg SA and Denis Masetti for the entry of IDI Srl (controlled by Danilo Iervolino) in the capital of BFC Media. L’execution of the operation will take place on 29 March 2022. Following the purchase of a 51% stake in the company’s capital, IDI Srl will promote a takeover bid (OPA) mandatory on BFC Media shares at a price of € 3.75 per share.
