She started acting as early as eleven years old when she got the role of Jenny Wilder in the TV series “Little House on the Prairie”.
In 1990, she got the big role of Brenda Walsh in the hit series Beverly Hills, 90210. The series ran for ten years, but Doherty left the series already in 1994.
