Between Jews and Muslims, deep links traced to the Porte-Dorée

Cultural meeting

The “Jews and Muslims” exhibition is on view until July 17 at the Museum of the History of Immigration in Paris.

The Palais de la Porte-Dorée is hosting its first exhibition of the year. It traces the links between Jews and Muslims, from colonial France to the present day. A complex and little-known story, in which the French State played a decisive role. Through national documents and intimate family portraits, the exhibition shows the deep ties that exist between these two communities, often reduced to their image of enemy brothers.
