(Tiper Stock Exchange) – BetterThisa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and one of the leading Italian operators in the multi-channel customer experience sector, announced the payment of the annual coupon and repayment of the principal amount of the bond loan “Meglio Questo 4.75% 2022-2026” issued for 12.5 million euros, listed on Borsa Italiana’s ExtraMOT PRO.
The total amount of the interest coupon which will be paid on maturity will be equal to 593,750 euro. L’coupon size is equal to 475 euro for each of the 1,250 outstanding bonds, and the rate applied will be 4.75%.
The repayment of the principal amount is equal to 10% of the total issued, equal to 1,000 euros for each bond and 1,250,000 euros in total. Following this redemption, the residual Nominal Value of the individual bonds will be equal to 9,000 euros, and the overall residual value of the issue will be equal to 11,250,000 euros. The minimum denomination is therefore equal to 9,000 euros.
