Best weapon – Meta-MP with setup from the CoD world champion

The Black Ops 6 beta has started and a submachine gun has already established itself as a meta weapon. We’ll show you what it is and how a CoD world champion plays it.

The Black Ops 6 beta has entered the early access phase and those who pre-ordered are already busy grinding. After just a few hours, a submachine gun has emerged as the community’s favorite and is present as the current meta weapon in almost all matches.

An e-sports player who became world champion in Call of Duty with his team in 2024 is also playing the weapon in the beta. We will introduce you to the weapon and show you which attachments the professional uses to play the MP.

The best weapon of the Black Ops 6 Beta – Jackal PDW

What is the best weapon? At the start of the beta, the Jackal PDW has established itself as the best weapon so far. This is a submachine gun that you unlock at level 10. The Jackal PDW is characterized by a fairly fast rate of fire and moderate recoil.

If you haven’t reached the required level yet, you can play the MP in a pre-made version with the standard classes. To do this, select the “Enforcer” class.

How should you play the weapon? CoD e-sports player Anthony “Shotzzy” Cuevas-Castro is currently playing the Jackal PDW in the following setup (as of August 30):

  • Mouth: Compensator (Unlocked at Weapon Level 18)
  • improved: vertical recoil control
  • Run: Long Barrel (Unlocked at Weapon Level 13)
  • improved: the effective range
  • Lower reaches: Ranger Foregrip (Unlocked at Weapon Level 16)
  • improved: horizontal recoil control, movement speed when sprinting, movement speed
  • Handle: Quick Draw Grip (Unlocked at Weapon Level 10)
  • improved: ZV speed
  • Shaft: Balanced Stock (Unlocked at Weapon Level 24)
  • Improves running speed when aiming and movement speed
  • Since Shottzy is also new to the beta, his setup for the Jackal PDW could still change if he finds better combinations. We will then adjust the setup if necessary.
