(Finance) – The shareholders’ meeting of Bertolottia company listed on EGM PRO and specialized in the creation of advanced systems for material handling and railway maintenance, has approved the balance of exercise at 31 December 2023 and resolved the distribution of a dividend per share (coupon no. 1) of 0.158 euros for each share – equal to a total dividend amount of 483,993 euros, with ex date 07 October 2024, record date 08 October 2024 and payment date 09 October 2024.
