Baarn – The Escher roundabout in Baarn is being overhauled. Because it is becoming busier on the provincial road N221, traffic is increasingly becoming a problem there, the province says. A so-called bear pit, i.e. a double roundabout where cyclists and pedestrians can safely cross under car traffic, should solve the problems.
