Beoplay EX Bang Olfusen launches its high end true wireless

After its excellent Beoplay EQ true wireless headphones, the manufacturer Bang & Olufsen is back with a new high-end model, called Beoplay EX. The design changes from button-type to rod-type, bringing the mics closer to the user’s mouth for phone calls. The Danish manufacturer mainly uses 9.2 mm speakers, a diameter large enough to reproduce the bass well.

The Beoplay EX also benefit from a multipoint Bluetooth 5.2 connection, a wide choice of audio codecs (SBC, AAC and aptx Adaptive) and noise reduction (ANC) which automatically adapts to the surrounding sound level. On the endurance side, the manufacturer announces an autonomy of 6 hours with noise reduction (8 hours without ANC), which can reach a total of 20 hours with the aluminum charging case (28 hours without ANC). It is compatible with Qi wireless charging.

Bang & Olufsen makes a commendable effort on comfort and offers not only four pairs of silicone ear tips, but also a Comply memory foam pair. In addition, the headphones are waterproof (IP57 certification) and use quality materials such as glass and aluminum.
